Ken Poucket has 22 years of experience in delivering professional, safe and inclusive one-on-one and group holistic health coaching, with a strong emphasis on core values creation, sleep, nutrition and movement.
In addition to his duties as a holistic health practitioner, Ken also has a strong background in the world of strength and conditioning and exercise program development, earning multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the prestigious Special Strengths Certificate from Westside Barbell in Columbus, Ohio.
Ken also holds Teal, Copper, and Bronze Coaching Certifications from USA Wrestling and has been featured on Fox 2 Detroit as well as in several local and industry publications for his work blending holistic health practices with strength and conditioning.
